Chris is a Certified General Appraiser who has analyzed both market value and insurable value for a wide variety of property types in South Carolina, Georgia, and North Carolina including: residential lots, single-family residences, residential duplexes, triplex properties, quadraplex properties, small apartment properties, townhouse communities, condominium communities, commercial land, office condominium properties, free-standing offices, free-standing medical offices, free-standing retail properties, restaurants, retail centers, hotels, self-storage properties, and light industrial/warehouse properties.
He first began working as a real estate appraiser in 2010 but has also worked successfully as a an architect, commercial leasing agent, commercial listing agent, and residential
buyer’s agent. After working both in-the-field under the direction of several senior-level appraisers and also in-house at a regional community bank,
Chris formed Class A Appraisal Services in 2017 partially in response to the wide variety of quality he witnessed being produced by appraisal companies. Class A is a commercial real estate term designating properties that are of the highest quality in their particular market, both from the standpoint of construction quality and investment grade. This term serves as the basis for the company, both in its name and its mission to provide only the highest level service to customers.
