Chris Akers

Rare, multi-faceted real estate professional whose areas of expertise stretch far beyond the industry’s standard. After graduating with a degree in architecture + urban design in May 2005, Chris began his career as an architect with a focus on large-scale commercial & institutional site design, building design, and renovations. He pivoted to a career in real estate appraising, leasing, and sales in 2010.

After working full-time in real estate for nearly 12 years and with 16 total years of industry experience, Class A Real Estate, LLC, was officially established as a South Carolina real estate brokerage firm in January 2022. Chris is a licensed real estate broker and certified general real estate appraiser in both South Carolina and Georgia.
